President & CEO
Yohannes Paulos began his career as a junior accountant at Addis Ababa Hilton, progressing to senior executive and regional roles abroad. His professional experience spans 23 properties and includes Hilton International, InterContinental Hotels Group and Radisson International Hotels.
With a foundation in finance and development, his experience also encompasses hotel management, marketing and operations. International assignments have shaped his cross-cultural understanding and his commitment to attentive consulting and management services for hotel and property owners.

- Assist owners with marketing their properties and propose best scenarios
- Conduct tenant background checks and short list best 3 tenant candidates
- Negotiate best rent and conditions
- Prepare lease agreement
- Receive rent and deposit at preferred bank account
- Handle all repairs when needed
- Goal to provide tenants with 24 hour maintenance service
- Pay taxes , mortgage , insurance etc ( optional )
- Send monthly statements, online access will eventually be provided
- Working with insurance firms to come up with policy that covers misappropriations on rent received
